The Dumping Ground

Lou Montgomery

Coming: Winter 2015

From Prince George west to Terrace, four teenaged girls vanish between 1990 and 1995. A fifth is murdered on a city playground. Connecting them is Highway 16, which cuts through densely forested and sparsely populated north-central British Columbia.  Some locals refer to it as the Higway of Tears. One investigating officer points out this area is a dumping ground.

Lou Montgomery is still haunted by the death and disappearance of several young women who should have mattered. The Dumping Ground is fiction, loosely based on those tragedies.
